Development Preview Terms

Terms of Service for the InvoiceHub development preview

InvoiceHub is still in development and is not generally available as a production service. These terms apply to the public website and to invitation-only evaluation, testing, or demonstration access.

01

Status of the service

InvoiceHub is an unfinished development preview. Access is limited to people and organisations invited to evaluate, test, demonstrate, or provide feedback on the product. Features may be incomplete, experimental, unavailable, inaccurate, or changed without notice. The preview is not a generally available production service and must not be relied on for business continuity, statutory record keeping, tax filing, accounting, debt collection, or legally required invoice delivery.

02

Agreement and authority

By accepting an invitation, creating a preview workspace, or using the preview after being shown these terms, you agree to them for yourself and the organisation you represent. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorised to act for that organisation. If a separate evaluation, pilot, confidentiality, or test agreement applies, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these website terms.

03

Permitted evaluation use

You may use the preview only for internal evaluation, controlled testing, demonstrations, and feedback. Access is personal to the invited users and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, made available to unrelated third parties, or used to provide a commercial service. You must follow applicable laws, the scope of the invitation, and reasonable testing instructions provided by InvoiceHub.

04

Use test data

Use fictional, anonymised, or specifically approved test data. Do not enter live customer records, real invoices, production payment details, confidential business records, special-category personal data, government identifiers, full payment-card data, bank credentials, health information, or other sensitive information unless InvoiceHub has expressly approved the test in writing and appropriate data-protection arrangements are in place. Preview data may be reset, altered, exported for troubleshooting, or deleted as part of development work.

05

Accounts and security

Keep account credentials, multi-factor authentication devices, and recovery codes secure. Accounts must belong to identified individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and for promptly removing access that is no longer required. Notify support@invoice-hubs.com without undue delay if you suspect unauthorised access, credential loss, or a security issue.

06

Your content and test data

You retain ownership of content you are permitted to submit. You grant InvoiceHub a limited right to host, copy, transmit, display, modify, inspect, and otherwise process that content as reasonably needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, test, and improve the preview and to comply with law. You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to provide the content and for ensuring that it is accurate, lawful, and suitable for a development environment.

07

Prohibited activity

Do not use InvoiceHub for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity; create or send real or misleading invoices or payment demands; send spam or unlawful communications; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; probe or bypass security, rate limits, roles, or tenant separation; access another workspace; scrape the service; or reverse engineer the application except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

08

Invoices, tax, and reports

Calculations, tax profiles, exchange rates, invoice numbering, PDF documents, payment statuses, dashboards, reports, templates, and other outputs are test functionality. They may be incomplete or incorrect and are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, foreign-exchange, or debt-collection advice. You must not issue, file, report, or rely on a preview output as an official business record without independently validating it and obtaining appropriate professional advice.

09

Payment boundary

InvoiceHub may demonstrate direct-to-merchant bank, UPI, QR, or other payment instructions. InvoiceHub does not receive, hold, route, process, verify, safeguard, or settle customer funds and is not a payment service provider, bank, escrow agent, or merchant of record. Do not use preview-generated payment instructions to request or direct a real payment.

10

Email, reminders, and recurring invoices

Email delivery, invoice sharing, reminders, invitations, and recurring invoice generation are development features. Use only test recipients who have agreed to participate. Messages may be delayed, filtered, duplicated, sent with incomplete content, or fail without notice. Recurring schedules create invoice records; they do not charge a recipient. You are responsible for monitoring all test automation and preventing communications from reaching real customers.

11

Feedback

You may provide defect reports, suggestions, usability observations, and other feedback. InvoiceHub may use that feedback without restriction or payment to develop, improve, test, market, and operate the product, but will not intentionally identify you publicly without permission. Do not include third-party confidential information in feedback.

12

InvoiceHub intellectual property

InvoiceHub and its licensors retain all rights in the application, website, documentation, designs, trademarks, software, and development materials. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the preview for the permitted evaluation purpose. No source code, ownership right, production licence, or right to create a competing service is transferred.

13

No fees or production subscription

The development preview is provided without a public paid subscription unless a separate written pilot or evaluation agreement says otherwise. Plan names, limits, pricing discussions, or upgrade controls shown on the website or in the application are product-development information and do not create a paid entitlement, service level, renewal commitment, or promise of future price or availability.

14

Availability, support, and changes

The preview is provided as available, without an uptime commitment, service-level agreement, guaranteed support time, backup promise, or guaranteed recovery. InvoiceHub may deploy changes, disable features, reset environments, impose limits, interrupt access, or discontinue all or part of the preview at any time. Where practical, we will try to warn invited testers about a planned change that is likely to materially affect an active evaluation.

15

Suspension and ending access

InvoiceHub may suspend or end access immediately to protect the preview, users, data, or third parties; investigate misuse or a security issue; comply with law; or address a breach of these terms. You may stop using the preview at any time and may ask support to close the test workspace. Export any permitted test material you need before access ends. Preview data may be deleted after access ends, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

16

Privacy and development access

InvoiceHub may process account, contact, device, security, support, and usage information to administer invitations, operate and secure the preview, investigate problems, communicate with testers, and improve the product. Specifically authorised personnel may inspect a test workspace when reasonably necessary for support, security, or development. The Privacy Policy explains the current handling of personal information. A separate data processing agreement is required before any approved test involving real personal data on behalf of an organisation.

17

Development disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the preview is provided “as is” and “as available.” InvoiceHub does not warrant that it is complete, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for production, compliant with a particular legal or accounting requirement, or that data will be preserved. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

18

Responsibility for loss

Because this is a no-charge development preview that must not be used with production data or relied on for business operations, InvoiceHub is not responsible for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from preview use, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any separate signed evaluation or pilot agreement may set different liability terms.

19

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the product and legal operating model develop. We will update the date shown on this page and provide reasonable notice to active invited testers of a material change. Continued preview use after the stated effective date means acceptance where permitted by law. Production use, if later offered, will require separate production terms, privacy information, and any applicable commercial or data-processing agreement.

20

Contact

Questions, security reports, test-data requests, or requests to end preview access can be sent to support@invoice-hubs.com. The legal entity, registered address, registry details, governing law, and forum applicable to a formal pilot must be stated in the invitation or signed pilot agreement before that pilot begins. These development-preview terms are not a substitute for the final production agreement.
