Security and data handling

Security-minded invoice operations

Invoice data includes customer, billing, and business workflow context. InvoiceHub is designed around controlled access, operational clarity, and responsible data handling.

Role-based workspace access
Multi-factor authentication
Tenant-scoped audit history
01

Workspace roles

Keep access aligned with billing responsibility

InvoiceHub separates tenant responsibilities across Admin, Accountant, and Billing Staff roles. Administrative settings and recurring schedules remain restricted while invoice, client, reminder, and activity access follows the role assigned to each user.

02

Account protection

Add multi-factor authentication to sign-in

Users can protect sign-in with multi-factor authentication and recovery codes. Workspace administrators can configure an MFA policy, review rollout readiness, and reset a team member's MFA when account recovery is required.

03

Tenant separation

Keep business records tenant-scoped

InvoiceHub uses tenant-scoped application records for clients, invoices, payments, settings, reminders, recurring schedules, and audit activity. Authenticated requests carry the active tenant context into supported data operations.

04

Review context

Use audit history for operational accountability

The audit history records supported actions with user, entity, action, change context, and time so administrators can review important workspace activity. Audit availability depends on the workspace plan and feature configuration.

05

Payment boundary

Payment data boundaries

InvoiceHub can show direct-to-merchant payment instructions such as UPI QR or bank transfer details. It does not collect, route, process, verify, or settle customer funds.

06

Team responsibility

Responsible configuration

Teams remain responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing access that is no longer needed, protecting recovery material, verifying direct payments, and contacting support about specific security or data-handling requirements.
